Shipping Methods

We ship all our orders using a 3rd party logistics service, "fulfillment center." Your order may get shipped from one of several warehouses located in the continental US. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping method, and the items in your order, various parcel carriers may be utilized. These include but are not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, ACI, AxelHire, Veho, or DHL. Refer to this help document for additional information: Shipping Method Information

We offer the following shipping methods within the continental United States:

  • Economy shipping: 5 - 12 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2 - 6 business days

Zone 9 shipping locations (outlying territories such as Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa, APO):

  • Economy shipping: 5 - 20 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 5 - 10 business days

 

Shipping Destinations

The US store is purposed for the United States, and is only able to deliver to addresses in the United States. 

Canadian and Mexican orders ship exclusively from our European fulfillment center due to better pricing and faster shipping options when compared to shipping from the United States. 

International shipments are sent via our European fulfillment center, and are able to ship (almost) anywhere in the world. 

 

Duties & Import Taxes

While not intended for international shipments, in rare cases we may elect to ship international orders via our US-based 3PL. If you order shipping destination is outside the USA. Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination. 

For your information, you can import tax and duty free in, up to*:

  • Australia, AUD 1000
  • New Zealand, NZD 400
  • European Union, EUR 20-40

This means up to that amount, you will not need to pay any import taxes. We recommend you to to contact or visit your destination country's custom office (website) for more information.
